CGS teamed with The Planning Partnership to develop a new vision for these economically depressed former retail corridors.  In particular, CGS studied the viability of converting existing commercial units with no market demand into good quality residential accommodation.  After evaluating a number of case studies, we developed design standards that outline how to make such conversions a success.
