We've redeveloped a historic downtown loft warehouse for our new home which illustrates our values and our creative abilities, is a high profile contribution to downtown renewal and is a benchmark for workplace quality. Our office is focused around a large fireplace and a granite island, has huge skylights for generous daylighting, exposed brick and wood for character, and an extensive local art collection to inspire staff. We have music playing all the time.
Our office is unique enough to be a sought after venue for Hamilton Philharmonic Orchestra concerts, cocktail parties, film shoots and other events.
We work flexible work hours, we work Summer Hours all year (4-1/2 day weeks with Friday afternoons off), and work minimal overtime. We pay for every hour worked, we don't allow free work or unpaid overtime.
We shut down over the Christmas holidays for the 10-12 days as a paid bonus to all our staff. We shut down on Fridays before long weekends.
